While we do have a beautiful and customizable space, we are collaborative, adaptable, and affordable.

Our venue accommodates everything from small elopements and micro-weddings to full receptions of up to 150 guests. The versatile layout can be configured for a seated dinner, a cocktail reception, a dance floor, a ceremony space, or all of the above.

The space is a blank canvas on purpose. Couples who want rustic barn vibes can create that. Couples who want modern minimalism can create that too. You’re not fighting against an existing aesthetic — you’re starting fresh to create a unique and personalized space.

At Sixpence Estate, you get to define your event. Your florist, band, caterer, photographer, everything. No forced packages, no forced vendors, no upcharges, no kidding.

We recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead for weekend dates, especially during peak wedding season (May through October). Weekday and off-season dates may be available on shorter notice.

Absolutely. Many couples hold both their ceremony and reception at Sixpence Estate. The flexible layout makes it easy to transition between the two.

No. You are free to bring any licensed, insured vendor you choose. We have no preferred vendor requirements, although we do maintain a recommended vendor list if you need some guidance.

Yes.  A rehearsal dinner is included in your wedding package.

We allow alcohol at events. You’ll need to provide your own bartending service and ensure proper licensing. We can share more details during your venue tour.
