Having experienced firsthand the challenges of finding an affordable, flexible event space, we built the one we wished had existed: a beautiful, budget-friendly venue designed for families like ours. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, or special gathering, we provide the space; you create the dream.

Sixpence Estate is located at 11820 150th Ave SE in Renton, Washington, just minutes from I-405 and within easy reach of Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Tukwila, and Tacoma. Our venue features a versatile indoor event space that can be configured for seated dinners, standing receptions, workshop-style layouts, dance floors, and ceremony setups.
We designed the space to be intentionally neutral -- a blank canvas that adapts to your event rather than imposing its own personality. Whether you want rustic warmth, modern simplicity, or a riot of color, you can make it happen here.
Our guests come from all walks of life and plan every kind of event imaginable. We’ve hosted first weddings and second weddings. 30th birthday parties and 80th birthday parties. Corporate retreats for startups and holiday parties for established companies. Quinceañeras, baby showers, retirement dinners, family reunions, and fundraisers. If it involves gathering people in a room to share a moment, we’ve probably done it. And we’d love to help you do it too.
